Use external links or add a physical location for your meetings

You can now use external meeting links (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet) or add a physical location for both scheduled meetings and bookable events.

Change your platform name and subdomain

We’ve redesigned and organized the Settings page and made it possible for you to change your platform name and subdomain.

Easier integrations with Zapier

We’ve made it much easier for you to connect your 3veta account with 5000+ Zapier integrations. There’s a brand new page where you can browse apps without leaving the platform.

We’ve made the booking page editor available on mobile devices. You can now easily create and edit your services directly from your phone – change titles and descriptions, update prices and upload images, and enable or disable them anytime you want.

Onboard team members easily

We’ve streamlined the team members’ onboarding process. As soon as your teammates create an account, they’ll get an automatically created booking page so they can start helping out with bookings!

Improved metadata of booking pages

We’ve updated service-sharing links to feature the image and text of the specific service. This is very relevant when you want to send an individual client a booking service created specifically for them.

PaaS Update: List providers on your own marketplace

We’ve built a marketplace module for our enterprise clients. It makes it possible to quickly build a fully-fledged white-label marketplace, where you can list service providers. No coding required!

10x faster calendar loading

We’ve improved the speed of the calendar and it now loads in less than a second (no matter the number of calendars). This is great news for all the teams that use the shared calendar feature as it makes team managing easier and faster.

Calendar picker

We’ve implemented a new calendar picker that allows you to choose which calendar you want to synchronize and use within the platform.

Breakout rooms

We’ve just released breakout rooms. You can now easily split your meetings or workshops into separate sessions and collaborate in smaller groups.

So, let me show you all the cool stuff we’ve been working on lately.

Free trial

We’ve launched a 14-day free trial for new sign-ups. Until now, new users had to leave their payment details before using the platform. That’s no longer the case. New sign-ups are now automatically enrolled in a free trial so they can fully explore 3veta and see just how much the system has to offer.

3veta PaaS (platform-as-a-service)

We’ve been working on a PaaS product for our enterprise clients. It’s now possible to use all the 3veta features on your own white-labeled platform and onboard your own users, teams, service providers, etc.

Summer is in its full swing and before we leave for a well-deserved break, I wanted to share with you what we’ve been working on lately.

Hint: One of the most requested features has just arrived.

Let’s dive in.

Booking a meeting without creating an account

We’ve made it possible for your clients and external collaborators to book you without signing up for 3veta.

They’ll be able to choose a service, select a date and time and complete a booking with their name and email only. No passwords. No registrations.

Invite guests

After a booking is successfully completed you can also invite guests.

Simply type their email and they will receive all the necessary details, as well as a calendar invitation.

3veta Slack integration is live

Our Slack integration is live and public and you can find it in the official Slack App Directory.

Once you connect your 3veta account with Slack you’ll be able to get meeting reminders, create instant meetings, see your upcoming meetings, and much more without leaving Slack.

During the last half of the year, we’ve delivered dozens of platform improvements and customizations based on your valuable feedback (some of the more notable ones: Team plan, Chrome extension, and WordPress plugin).

We’ve improved the onboarding flow both for new platform users and new team members joining your team. The new step-by-step flow makes it much simpler for anyone to get started with 3veta.

New Add-ons page which shows all 3veta integrations

We’ve created a brand new Add-ons page where you can find all of our external integrations – Stripe, Slack, WordPress, Chrome extension, Zapier, and Pabbly as well as our in-meeting audio transcriptions, and cloud recordings. All in one place.

Better booking page experience

Based on your feedback, we’ve changed the booking page layout and it’s now easier and much more intuitive for anyone to book a meeting with you.

High-quality avatar and more

We’ve increased the image size limit to 25MB per image, so you can now upload higher quality images. Update your avatar and all your images with new crisp photos and give your booking page and website a more professional look.

Beta: Team booking page (round-robin)

We are about to officially launch another highly requested feature – the team booking page. We’ve been testing it for the last few weeks and we are very close to releasing it. However, if you want to try it before it’s out, reach out to us at: support@threeveta.com.

Beta: Slack integration

We are just a few steps away from releasing the 3veta + Slack integration. If you use Slack for communication, you’ll be able to see all your 3veta meetings, get notifications and join meetings directly from Slack. Stay tuned!

We’ve made it extremely easy to add new members to your team, directly from the team dashboard.

Team shared calendar

Once there is more than one person on your team things become really interesting!

You can go to the calendar tab and view the availability of all your teammates. This makes scheduling team meetings easier than ever.
