Can I use 3veta in my country?

3veta is available everywhere in the world for customers. However, to receive payments as a provider, you will need to have a Stripe account. You can find a list of all supported countries here.

Do I need to have advanced technical skills to start using 3veta?

Absolutely, not! We want to allow all professionals to run and manage their business online in just a few simple steps. Our mission is to take care of the technical part and let you focus on what you do best – provide your services and products.

How long is the free trial period?

3veta offers a free 7-day trial.

Does 3veta have a mobile app?

Yes! You and your clients can join meetings through a smartphone using the 3veta app. In fact, it’s available for both iOS and Android.

How many people can join a single meeting?

Up to 100 people. Therefore, you can host one-to-one meetings, as well as workshops and webinars.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, 3veta has an integrated video solution. No need for any third-party or self hosted video conferencing. Instead the 3veta video is completely in the browser, allowing white label meeting rooms! You just create your 3veta account and you’re ready to go!

Can I connect my existing calendar to 3veta?

Yes! We‘re working with all major calendar providers and you can easily sync your current calendar. If you don’t have a calendar –don’t worry! You can create one with 3veta!

Payments

What is Stripe?

Stripe is one of the leading financial service companies in the world. 3veta uses Stripe for processing payments. Stripe allows you to receive payments directly to your bank account. It handles and facilitates the payment processing for each online payment at an industry standard rate.

How long does it take to receive the money to my bank account?

If you’re located in the US, you can expect payouts 1 day after the payment was made. In Europe, payouts usually take a week.

Note that if you’re just getting started with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after the payment is made. The first payout usually takes a little longer in order to establish your Stripe account. After that, frequency depends on your own payout schedule.
